LANNY F. DUCLOS, JR., OD

Dr. Lanny F. DuClos graduated from the Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, Oregon. He is a Major in the United States Air Force Reserve and served as a National Consultant to Surgeon General, USAF. Dr. DuClos has advanced training in the treatment of eye injuries, diseases, contact lens and lasik evaluations. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, Utah Optometric Association, Armed Forces Optometric Association, Phi Theta Epsilon Optometric Fraternity, and Tooele Chamber of Commerce. He is the founder of the diabetic referral clinic to screen for retinopathy in San Antonio, TX. He has been award the Outstanding Practioner Award; Commendation Medal for Meritorious Service and 2007 Optometrist of the year by the Utah Optometric Association. Sabrina Anderson

Sabrina is the Office Manager and has been with Dr. DuClos for 12 years. She is a certified optician and was awarded the 2007 Optician of the Year by the Utah Optometric Association. Her specialty is cutting and edging lenses in the lab and adjusting your favorite frame to perfection. Her list of qualifications are too many to list so just know she knows pretty much everything from A to Z about the optical industry.

DeLene Roundy

DeLene has four years of experience with Dr. DuClos. She is a State Certified Optician. She has experience in pre-testing, front desk, contact lens dispensing, cutting and edging lenses, and dispensing frames. Her favorite job is to help patients with selecting a new frame and lens design. She also enjoys educating the patients on new lens and frame technology.

Aimee Ellis

Aimee has been with Dr. DuClos for over 2 years. She is our Front Office Guru. She is the first smile you will see at Eye Health Professionals. She handles all the patient flow and scheduling for the office. She is caring and kind and makes sure the patient feels welcome as they enter.

Aurora Brandaris

Aurora has been with Dr. DuClos for two years. She is the Contact Lens Specialist. She is also a state certified Optician. She will educate you how to wear and take care of contact lens. She also helps with dispensing glasses. She is happy to help you have a better quality of life through your vision.

Bette Nordquist

Bette has been working for Dr. DuClos for eight years. She does all of the running around for the office and the Doctor. She helps keep everything stocked and makes sure we are all taken care of. She is the OFFICE MOM.

Andrea DuClos

Andrea is Dr. DuClos spouse and submits claims to insurance companies. She has worked with the Doctor to establish a quality practice since 1995; including the current office design. If you have questions about your insurance payment or denial she is the one to contact. aduclos@eyehealthpro.com

Meagan Caldwell

Meagan is our Optical Tech. She handles all of the pre-testing for the Doctor. She has been with us for over a year. She is excited to help patients with all their vision needs.
